9、马德里和单一国家申请怎么选择？

在实务中，马德里和单独国家申请一般是怎么选择的呢？
简单总结需要考虑的因素如下：
1、申请基础。马德里注册需要基于国内申请或注册基础，如果国内暂无基础，则不符合提交马德里申请的前提条件，只能临时补充国内申请。
2、时间周期。由于单独国家申请是直接通过相应目标国家商标局提交，马德里注册需要中国商标局和世界知识产权组织国际局转交，因此马德里注册在目标国家的申请日可能会比单独国家晚，核准注册的时间也会晚。
3、费用成本。马德里注册通常来说费用比较经济实惠（指定10个或以上国家时），单独国家申请会贵一些。
4、官方文件。单独国家申请都有注册证，马德里注册国际局会下发所谓“国际注册证”，效力仅代表受理通知书，指定国家基本上都不会发注册证。
5、权利稳定。马德里注册在5年内和国内申请或注册基础是绑定关系，如果国内商标权利不稳定，可能导致马德里商标遭遇中心打击，在所有指定缔约方失效。
