欧洲发明官费再次上调，4月1日起生效

继2023年度官费调整后，欧洲专利局宣布，将实行新一轮的专利官费上调措施。据悉，该机构一般每两年进行一次费用的调整，然而，本次官费上调距离上一次调整仅过去一年时间，此举打破了常规的周期。
EPO解释说，这一决策是为了应对持续高涨的通胀环境并缓解因提升审理效率而造成的收入下降，从而确保机构财务的长期稳定性。在考虑到本次的全面费用调整后，欧洲专利局已决定在2025年停止执行传统的基于通胀的官费调整策略。此项决策将有助于避免申请人在短期内承担额外的费用压力。
以下为各项官费调整的详细列表：
在官费调整正式生效前，我们建议申请人尽可能地在2024年4月1日之前完成专利的申请、审查、授权以及缴纳相关年费等业务。
因为4月1日起提交的新申请，申请阶段基础官费会增加160欧。如果在申请的同时需要缴纳第3年维持年费的，维持费的官费还要增加160欧。
