美国商标局将于6月7日开始发放电子商标注册证书

2022年5月3日，USPTO官方发布通知：将于2022年6月7日开始发放电子商标注册证书！
据公告显示，商标注册证书不再通过将注册证书打印在纸上并将证书邮寄到备案通信地址的方式颁发。取而代之的是，USPTO将根据署长的电子签名和用于验证注册的数字印章以电子方式签发注册。电子登记证书一经签发，即为正式登记证书。
虽然 USPTO 将不再发送纸质注册证书，但商标所有者可以选择订购演示文稿副本，并收取费用25美元。他们还可以继续订购其商标注册的核证副本。
