In accordance with the provisions of the China Patent Award Evaluation Measures (2023 Revision) and the Notice of the China National Intellectual Property Administration on the Selection of the 26th China Patent Award, the 26th China Patent Award has preliminarily selected the following award-winning projects:

·      - China Patent Gold Award (pre-winning): 30 projects

·      - China Design Gold Award (pre-winning): 10 projects

·      - China Patent Silver Award (pre-winning): 60 projects

·      - China Design Silver Award (pre-winning): 15 projects

·      - China Patent Excellence Award (pre-winning): 538 projects

·      - China Design Excellence Award (pre-winning): 48 projects

The results are hereby announced for public review. The public review period is from June 29, 2026 to July 3, 2026.

During the public review period, any entity or individual who has objections to the evaluation results shall submit written objections to the China Patent Award Evaluation Office, providing necessary supporting materials. Where an entity raises an objection, the entity's official seal shall be affixed, and the contact person, telephone number, and email address shall be provided. Where an individual raises an objection, the real name shall be signed, and identity certification materials, valid telephone number, and email address shall be provided.
