Tanzania: FCC Clarifies Foreign Trademark Registrations May Support Customs Recordation Applications
Tanzania's Fair Competition Commission (FCC) has clarified that foreign trademark registrations may be used to support applications for customs recordation in Mainland Tanzania, allowing brand owners to record marks with customs even without a local registration.
